Flyers Trade Handzus
One last note before I leave for the rest of the weekend. The Flyers have traded center Michael Handzus to the pitiful Chicago Blackhawks for left winger Kyle Calder. Last year Calder had 26 goals and 59 points. The trade was made because the Flyers have a logjam at center. Calder is only 27 years old and is on a one year, 2.95 million dollar contract.
