A Philly Cheesesteak of Information
Some quick Flyers info:
The Flyers have announced their top 10 games of all time. The games were voted on by the fans. The number one game is the 1-0 victory over the Boston Bruins on May 19, 1974 to secure the Stanley Cup championship in Game 6. Finishing second and my personal favorite is when Keith Primeau scored a goal in the 5th overtime to defeat the Penguins on May 4, 2000. The Flyers signed Nate Guerrin, a free agent defenseman to an entry level contract. Guerrin is 6'2 210 lb who the Flyers are hoping develops into a NHL quality player. This signing will not have any immediate impact on the Flyers.
The Flyers are seeking a new keyboard player for the upcoming year. So anybody out their that believes they are qualified should visit http://www.philadelphiaflyers.com/pressbox/archive/2680.asp for more information.
Former Temple star, Lynn Greer, was signed by the Milwaukee Bucks during July. He will add depth. Greer has played in Europe for the past four years.
