The Prospects
Hector Made (A)- .233, 3 RBIs, 0/9 BB/K, 1 HR He has not been impressive thus far and not much is expected from him
CJ Henry (Low A)- .227, 4 runs, 1 HR, 1/6 BB/K Another low batting average from the best prospect acquired in the Abreu trade. His BB/K ratio is a big concern if Henry is ever to fulfill his potential, something I doubt will ever happen.
Matt Smith (AAA)- 2.1 innings, 2 earned runs, 1 HR Not great numbers but will likely be a September call-up and will have a good chance of being a valuable lefty out of the pen for next year.
Jesus Sanchez (GCL)- .083, 0/5 BB/K He is only 18 years old so he does have plenty of time to develop and their is no need to panic.
Carlos Monasterios (GCL)- 6 innings, 8 hits, 2 earned runs, 1/5 BB/K Not much to talk about here. He is only pitching in the Gulf Coast League and is at best four years away from sniffing Philly.
Wilfredo Laureano (Low A)- 3 innings, 2 hits, o runs, 1/1 BB/K Has been good thus far in Low A and could be promoted to Clearwater shortly.
Justin Germano (AAA)- 6 innings, 1 earned run, 0/3 BB/K Will likely be a September call-up but will likely never be better than a 4th or 5th starter.
Zac Scott (A)- acquired yesterday from the Reds. These numbers were compiled at Single A Sarasota. He is 23 and has been assigned to Clearwater. 1-2, 2.53 ERA
One bonus player
Kyle Drabek (GCL)- 1st round draft pick, 1-2, 7.20 ERA, 15 innings, 18 hits, 6/10 BB/K He has limitless potential but seems tired from his high school team's run through the Texas State Playoffs.

Dane, you going pro?
I played college football for Bucknell, and was offered an Arena League contract...not worth it!

lancaster's stadium is very nice but the team is not that exciting since its not affliated with any big league teams
